GENERAL CONSTRUCTION STANDARD
- All designs must be exactly as the drawing. When there is no drawing a sample needs to
- Made and approved by clients before production can start
- Teak wood must be grade a/b, no white wood, no knots, no filler, no black wood or costumized
- Wood must be kiln dried to 8% or less (minimum 3 weeks in kiln) before made into components
- Mc must be 12% or less at time of shipping
- All items must be fine sanded with 320 grid or higher, absolutely no sanding marks
- All glue used must be polyurethane (pu), epoxy is not allowed
- All furniture must be leveled on a flat surface approved by buyer
- Every tenon and mortis joint must use wooden dowels and glue
- All hard ware used must be stainless steel or solid brass, all non rusting
- All screws used must be stainless steel or solid brass
- All screws in folding furniture must be secured with locktite or glue
- Nails are not allowed in the furniture because they will rust
- All screws holes must be filled with teak dowels and glue
- All knock down joints must be machine made
General packing standard
- Box (medium craft)and 3 mm foam for packing
- Overlap or top bottom box
- Box must have picture, stock #, description and printed available
- hangtag and client brass, available
- No silica gel inside the furniture and packing except for cushions
